The hollow design of the WRV-C series RV reducers provides:
1. A large hollow bore diameter that enables flexible design. The hollow center facilitates routing of wires, pipes, and shafts passing through, allows for increased wiring capacity, and enables large cables to be housed internally. This avoids interference between the robot body and peripheral equipment, while reducing bending and tensile loads.
2. Built-in angular contact ball bearings that support external loads, provide high bending rigidity and allow for high permissible bending moments, improving reliability.
3. Two-stage reduction design:
The slower orbital speed of the wobble gear results in lower vibration. The direct connection between the motor and input gear reduces inertia.
4. Planet carrier support structure:
High torsional rigidity, low vibration, and strong shock resistance.
5. Roller bearing contacts:
Low starting torque, low wear, long service life, and tight arcmin gear backlash.
6. Wobble gear and spline gear design:
Tight gear backlash and strong shock resistance.
Simultaneous meshing of multiple wobble and spline gear teeth effectively resists shock loads.
